In 1957 Chevrolet did build a limited production of sedan deliveries with windows all the way around. The cowl plate shows SPL for ACC and Paint. It was also a 6 cyl with a three speed. They built 92 of them for the forest service and dept. of agriculture. Other than the windows all around, it is exactly a sedan delivery, including trim, rear door, and cargo floor. Very rare, Few Left. The easiest way to tell the difference between a 2 door wagon and a glass sedan delivery is the back door. The plain 2 door wagon has a two piece design - an upper lift gate and a lower tailgate. The glass sedan delivery has one lift gate. The handle is in the middle and the whole hatch lifts up when you need to get in the back of the vehicle. Only 8,300 Sedan Deliveries were made in total. Over two years to restore to this level.
