I have a passion for classic cars, but I'm going to have to let this one go. It was my first car and started to restore it with the little money that I had saved up. I drove it to school everyday for 4 years of high school and it has never been in a wreck. I put $17,000 into it but now I have to leave this sporty little guy. His name's Olaf after my Swedish great grandfather. I am the third owner.

Volvo PV444:
- 4-speed manual transmission; works great

- Few small rock chips in paint and the edge of the hood there is a little peeling of the top coat
- Beautiful Body and chrome trim
- NO RUST
- Runs beautifully; everyday driver
- Needs new headliner and trim
- Upholstery in good condition
- Speedometer is 10mph under your correct speed
- Gas gauge needle does not reach all the way to full, but it still works
- Switched the original generator to an alternator
- No A/C but has fans and a heater. Heater does not work.
- Windshield wipers and fluid pump work.
- Drum brakes work great
- Gaskets are in good condition.
- Some weather stripping should be replaced.
- Boot doesn't have handle
- Amazing pick up
- Great city car

- Incredible head-turner (I have people stop me all the time asking what type of car it is.)

- Very heavy, safe body.

- Corners well; a delight to drive
